4/23/09 So yesterday was my first day apprenticing. I learned so much and I was so eager to go home and work on one of my flutes, the only problem was the pads I had didn't fit my flute so it was a total waste  of time. I could take my flute apart, take off the pads and readjust them, but I was still using the old torn up pads. I'm apprenticing again on Friday so hopefully I can get some new pads that actually fit:)

8/4/09 I can't believe I haven't updated this in a while. I've now repaired a ton of flute and done 2 overhauls. I absolutely love it, it is so much fun. I've now begun learning how to do clarinet and have already done 5! So far clarinet seems a lot less time consuming because I don't have to worry about polishing it. So hopefully once school starts I can get more work. And maybe I can even learn saxophone.

10/19/09 I've now repaired over 50 flutes and clarinets and I still love it! Most of the schools in Moreno Valley seem to already have repair techs so I'm having difficultly finding more work out here, luckily the Master Musician is keeping me busy. If you know of anyone looking for a repair tech, i'll be most grateful if you send them my way.
